Well Christmas has come and gone! Santa came and brought the kids some fun things and some yummy treats. This year the girls set out cookies, carrots, and milk and left a note for Santa. They were so excited when they woke up and the cookies, carrots and milk were all gone and they got a note right back.
This is the very first Christmas we have had in our own home. We always have a fresh cut tree that we hunt or if we are at my families for Thanksgiving Jeremy's family will get one for us. It always smells good and I love not having to store it when we are finished. This years is a bit goofy looking but we like it.
It was so fun for Santa to come and visit us here and we didn't have to haul all of the presents to and from anyplace. Olivia stayed in her PJ's all day and Claira got her new dress from grandma on and Ryland got some new clothes on. After a while we went over to Granny's and had some breakfast and opened more presents and played. They we came home and rested for a few hours and then had some ham, potatoes, rolls and pie at Granny's. (For Jenee, I have forgot the oven for a roast before. Lucky you had a precooked ham we didn't!!! It was roast the next night!)
All in all we had a great Christmas. We have got to spend a lot of time together just the five of us. Jeremy has had a few days off and will until Monday. It has been nice to just be together without work, school, and being on the go. I am so thankful for my family and what wonderful kids I have and for all Jeremy does for us. I feel incredibly blessed this holiday season!

Thanks, that makes me feel better that someone else has done it as well! I'm glad your Christmas went great. I LOVE not having to run around on Christmas day and enjoy it in my own home. Enjoy having Jeremy home for now!
