The kids are doing really well right now. I keep hearing how everyone has the flu or is getting over it and I am counting my blessing that we have not gotton the bug. Hopefully it will go right past us.
Claira is loving preschool and we will get her registered for kindergarden next week! YIKES!! I know she is ready but to have two kids in school makes me feel old! She loves to learn and is so excited to be going to school and she gets to ride the bus! What could be better? Her favorite thing right now is playing with her barbies. She loves to line them up on the edge on an end table we have and gets quite irritated when Ryland takes them off. It is pretty funny. She has a great imagination, and can talk to herself all day long without ever saying anything to me. When the girls play house they yell MOM and I will respond and am promply told "not you". What kind of crazyness is that?!?!
Olivia is giving me a good solid run for my money! ( She is winning right now!!!) She has been extremely stuborn and bull headed lately and it is driving me out of my mind. My parents most likely LOVE this! It is so funny how the last couple of mornings she has been getting up, dressed and eats without a problem, but when she comes home from school if I ask her to do something she doesn't want to do she will just tell me NO. Now most kids you can negotiate with, threaten with something, Olivia that does not work! She missed dance yesterday it didn't faze her finally when we got home from Claira's dance and Olivia had forgotten her homework (Not the first time) I had to send her to her room for 20 minutes. I needed time to breathe and calm down. That girl can get me so riled up so fast. She did come up when it was time and apologize for being a brat and was good for the rest of the night. HOW THE CRAP DOES SHE NOT GET THAT WHEN YOU LISTEN YOU DON'T GET INTO TROUBLE!!!! Oh well. I am going to stick with sending her to her room for now and see how that works. She really is a sweet girl. I love when she gets mad and tells me how she wishes she was a fairy so she could fly up to the ceiling and that way we won't be able to catch her. She is a hoot. I think it is because she is very artsy!
Ryland is crawing and into everything. He has discovered that he can pull himself up on the couch and to the TV and turn it on and off. The girls get so irritated when they are watching something and he is messing with it. He now has two teeth, and has decided sleep is for the birds. We are just getting back into a sleep routine. The teething really threw things out of wack. The other night we could hear him in the middle of the night and J went to check on him and he was just sitting in the corner of his crib. He wasn't crying, just sitting there. Very early this morning he was giggling and playing in his bed. We left him alone for about an hour and then he started to cry. I miss my sleep! He hasn't been sick for a while and that has been so nice!
So that is the jist of what is going on with us. Our typical day is get up, dressed, breakfast, hair, off to school and work, exercise for mom, lunch, errands, dinner, and bed. Not the most exciting but pretty constant and that is just fine with me!

Wow! I can't believe you're going to have two kids in school! You are getting OLD! Hee Hee! Just kidding! Good Luck with your oldest. I'm not quite there yet, and now you're scaring me! I know the day is coming when my kid gets stubburn and becomes a smart a**, I just didn't think it would be coming so soon. Anywho, keep up the good work on the exercize. You made me feel a little quilty, so I "tried" to go to the gym today. Hence the word "tried." I didn't get very far. Hahaha!
